Kreeti Budhathoki is a Program Director at Kalpabrikshya with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Tribhuvan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Kathmandu University. She has over six years of professional experience in Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), working with diverse and vulnerable populations, including children, adolescents, parents, persons with disabilities, women, conflict-affected individuals, and trauma survivors.

Her expertise includes psychosocial assessment, individual and group interventions, and facilitation of skill-based workshops. She has led numerous awareness and capacity-building initiatives on psychological first aid, suicide prevention, social and emotional wellbeing, stress management, youth empowerment, and adaptive coping strategies. Alongside field practice, she actively contributes to the mental health sector through continuous professional development, participation in national and international conferences, and presentation of evidence-informed practices.
